Why we do not sell Finland for bachelor's or master's. It would mean putting you into one of the most expensive options in Europe while calling it a low-cost destination. At doctoral level the economics reverse completely, which is why Finland stays on our list.

Is a PhD in Finland free?
Finnish doctoral programmes charge no tuition, regardless of nationality. Many doctoral researchers are also employed and salaried by the university, which is a separate matter from tuition and depends on the position.
Why do you not advise on Finnish bachelor's or master's degrees?
Because English-taught bachelor's and master's degrees charge non-EU students €8,000–€20,000 a year. That is not a low-cost route, and putting a Pakistani student into it while claiming otherwise would be dishonest.
What is the hardest part of a Finnish PhD application?
Securing a supervisor. The paperwork is straightforward; persuading an academic to take you on is the real work, and it is where most of the twelve-month timeline goes.
Final admission and visa decisions are made by universities and embassies.
