Two applications, not one
For MEXT, CSC and GKS you apply to the funder and the university on separate tracks, with separate documents.
Track choice matters
Embassy and university tracks have different deadlines and different odds. Choosing late usually means choosing badly.
No guarantees, and nobody can give you one.These are competitive government schemes. We can sequence the application properly and make the documents strong; the award decision is the funder's.
